Entirely Forgotten does not offer returns. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Refunds can only be given by cancelling your order. You have a total of 24 hours after your order has been placed to cancel it. After shipping Entirely Forgotten does not offer refunds.

How Will I Know My Order Was Accepted?

Can I Cancel My Order After It Has Been Placed?
YES. You have a total of 24 hours after your order has been placed to cancel it. After cancellation a refund will be given and will show on your statement within 3-5 business days. To cancel an order contact us at [email protected]
Will I Be Charged Tax?
We are required to collect sales tax for the state of California only. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping usually takes 1-3 weeks to arrive. You will be sent a tracking number to your email. As well as a confirmation when your order has been shipped. If you do not receive any message a week after your order has been placed contact us at [email protected]

No, at the moment Entirely Forgotten is only shipping in the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience
